• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory products within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions

• Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition (including packaging and tags), and accompanied by the original receipt placed on the parcel as proof of purchase.
• Perfumes and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
