• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory products within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

• Perfumes and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
