Returns

• If you are not satisfied with any product you've received, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note a 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the order amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange

• We offer "FREE" exchange for defective, damaged or not satisfied products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Exceptions

• Items must be unused/unwashed in their original condition (packaging & tags), and accompanied by the original receipt which is placed on the parcel as proof of purchase.
• Perfumes & personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• Clearance Sale items are non-returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
